13 triggers that can aggravate your fibromyalgia

Sometimes life with fibromyalgia seems to sail in a minefield. There is a seemingly endless number of “mines” that can make the symptoms worse, causing fibromyalgia to flare up. You have to be careful because even a single false step can affect your days while you try to recover from the pain or damage caused.
